Print out the Rental Agreement and send it back either by email (faster)
or by U.S. Mail. You can put your security deposit on a credit card.
Your security deposit will secure your dates. The full rental amount is due at check in and we refund your security deposit when you check out. Due to continuing problems we can no longer accept personal checks
for either security deposit or payment for reservation or payment at check in.

Please use either a Visa or Master Card with valid exp date and the
3 digit number on the back of the card. Of course, a money order is still acceptable for your deposit.
Thank you for your understanding.

on the voice mail at our office if you like.

If you plan to mail the form back and include a money order for your security deposit, please let us know, so that we can pencil you into the calendar.
We can hold the dates for 3 days.
Some folks will either fax us a copy of the money order or scan it and send it to us by email. That way we can "lock in" the dates that you want.

We reserve on a "first deposit to arrive basis".
So its important to get your deposit info in to us as soon as possible.
The summer months get kind of crazy.

Once we receive the deposit and your agreement
we will send you a map so that you can find us.

Rules Of The Lilly Pad

The guest agrees to leave the property in the same condition in which it was originally rented to him/her.
The guest agrees to pick up cans, bottles, paper and garbage from the surrounding grounds before leaving
and place them in the plastic bags and containers provided.
The guest agrees that no all-terrain vehicles or motorcycles will be ridden on the grounds over new or existing paths.
Please, for you own protection, swimming in the pond is not allowed.
Insurance requirements force us to place the pond off limits to swimmers.
Tent, trailer or RV camping is prohibited. (We are not certified by the state of Ohio as a campground)
Fires outside the designated fire ring are prohibited.
Hunting or target practice is prohibited.
Please remember that the wood that is stacked around the property is for use in the wood burners inside the cabins.
If you would like firewood for the campfire, please purchase from us or bring some from home.
Should you choose to use the HOT TUBS you do so at your own risk. Every precaution has been
taken during the construction and installation to provide you with a safe and sanitary experience.
Please close the lid on the HOT TUB when you exit the tub to keep the heat in and debris out.
No glass containers in the Tubs please. Should a glass break please let us know at once.
No cotton swimwear in the Tubs. (cutoffs or tee's) The soap clogs the filters.
