Our rates are in effect April - December 2013. Children 10 and under are free. There are no additional fees for cleaning. Taxes extra. Pets are $15/night.

Sunday through Thursday rent Livi's Cottage for $110/night for 2. Sleepy Hollow is $125/night for 2 people. We do have a 2 night minimum.
We require a security deposit of $100 to secure your reservation. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Security deposits are returned after checkout. Refunds for total cancellation less than 2 weeks before check in date are non-refundable. Balance is due at check in by either Mastercard or Visa, oh, and we do accept cash!!
